Updates

Yeah, I know, I haven't been around in a while, but I have had a lot going on, plus you all know how I get lazy. hee hee... sorry!

I'll try to do better. This is why I am writing an updates post, so that y'all know what is going down in my town... and with me. Shall we proceed?

Trip to San Fran:
Was very fun. I got to just hang out with my sister, her fiance, and their little cruiseazy dog Sadie. She got very attached to me. Everytime I sat down, she had to be all up in my grill, laying in the crease of my leg when I sat on the couch.
Like here:
(p.s... those are my pajama pants... I don't normally walk around looking like a circus character!) But I do have to say, I sort of miss her and her crazy ways. The weather basically blew the entire time I was there. I had one good day where I could lay out, and get burned. But it was worth it. I got to hang out with some of my sis' friends as attempting to once again, find the Full House house. No luck. If anyone actually KNOWS where the damn house is located, please let me know. It is killing me. As God as my witness, I will find this house before Steff's 4 years in San Fran is up (man, sounds like she is doing time doesn't it? hahaha).


Career:
Nothing new to report, still at my same job.


Writing:
Continuing to work on my freelance pieces, and surprisingly have been commissioned to write more. I guess a little extra cash never hurt anyone. I do want to begin working on my book soon, but I have been having trouble figuring out the right environment that is condusive to my best creative writing abilities. I will probably begin 'bucks-ing it up since I like the dull roar that the coffee franchise produces. I'm hoping this summer I can really begin sinking my teeth into it. Since I have had so much travel recently as well as my sister's wedding stuff, it has been hard to find a weekend to sit down an committ. Sounds like a lot of excuses doesn't it? Well, tough. I have a hard time to saying "no" on the weekends, or even during the week for that matter. I want to be included in everything.


Britney Spears:
Yes folks, it is sad to say, she is preggers again. I know! That was my reaction too! No more spawns of K-Fed need to be produced... 4 is TOO many. How come her has 4, but someone as hot as George Clooney has none??? Explain that to me.


TV Shows:
I am almost caught up from my long weekend away. It is a lot of work watching as much as I do... It's like a full time job.


Book:
I just finished a few, I'll have to write a review soon.

Upcoming vacation:
I leave for my 7 day cruise to the Carribean in a week and a half. I cannot wait! It has been a while since my last cruise, so I am anxious to get back on one of those ships, kick back, and LEGALLY drink. hahahaah. The last cruise for me was when I was a senior in HS (a mere 5 years ago).


Shopping/Book addictions:
I have a severe problem. As of late I have contracted a lasrge shopping problem, and this time it is not just books! I have been shopping every weekend non-stop for the last month. I can't even tell you how much I have spent, but sufice it to say that it has not been pretty. Measures will have to be takes, rehab will need to ensue (after my vacation of course!), and a budget will need to be held into place.
