Screw you any way they can
Seriously.... what is it with cell phone companies? Huh? Why is it that on top of charging us an arm and leg for service plans, they continue to screw you over any way they can?
I just don't get what the point is. Dude, you are getting $60 per person per month. Isn't that enough to fatten every executive's waste as well as most of the workers? I am extremely bitter at the moment after getting my cell phone bill in. Apparently I have signed up for some non-existent ringtone service and am being charged $9.99. May not seem like a big deal huh? Well on top of that, my wireless provider has also been charging me double minutes from anyone who doesn't carry the same service. WTF?!?!?!?! I had to call and stay on the phone for over an hour yesterday dissecting my bill w/ the moron employed by the service. One thing I'm also pissed about is that my nights do not start until 9pm. 9 PM!!!!! Come on people, this is ridiculous. I mean, I guess it is my fault for not knowing that, but apparently I can't even change my plan to change the Night Starting time. AHHHHHH
Sorry.... I need to just be mad for a bit!

My last carrier was a nightmare to deal with, some of the most incompetent people on the planet. I was glad to leave that nightmare. I won't tell you who they were, but their name starts with "S" and rhymes with "print".
